All our guests are welcome to enjoy every aspect of the Spa facilities. Arrival time is a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your first treatment. Please note that should you wish to arrive earlier and make use of the relaxation area and hydro pool please arrange with reception as the use thereof is exclusive to check for availability. Hydro facilities are included in all our experiences and booked accordingly. It is also free of charge if you book two treatments. If one treatment is booked and you would like to make use of the hydro facilities it will be at a charge of R100 per person. Swimming costumes must be worn when using the hydro area, we will provide a locker, gown and slippers for your comfort.
No person/s under the age of 13 years is permitted in the Spa and the Café to ensure a relaxed environment for all our guests. Please do not bring your children as they cannot be left unattended.
All prices, treatments and information are current at the time of distribution and are subject to revision without prior notice.
Cancellation policy is 24 hours. That gives us enough time to fill that space.
Payment policy. A 50% deposit is required on confirmation.
A booking cancellation fee of 50% will be charged on all bookings that are cancelled within 24 hours or less of the appointment time; in the case of a “no-show”, the full cost will be charged. should the booking be confirmed with a gift voucher, a cancellation fee of 50% of the value of the gift voucher will be charged, and in case of a “no show”, the full value of the gift voucher will be considered as redeemed. Should a group consisting of 5 persons or more wish to cancel their booking, they are requested to provide 96hours notice or the full value of the group booking will be charged.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Treatments and packages are non-refundable, non-transferable and may not be exchanged for other treatments. For hygiene reasons products purchased may not be returned or exchanged.
The Spa and its therapists cannot accept responsibility for injuries, adverse reactions or complications before, during or after treatments, or for theft, damage, loss or accident that occurs on the premises.
